Hokkaido University provides a free medical check-up for students.

A health certificate may be required for various occasions as job hunting, studying abroad or scholarship application.

The university will issue health certificates based on the results of check-up, only if students have completed one.

Please visit Kyoumu (Student affairs office) and collect check kit prior to your checkup.
