On Friday, May 8, Ian Yu Hin Leung and Tsz On Lam (Tommy), medical students of Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, University of Hong Kong made a presentation entitled “HONG KONG REVEALED” to sophomore medical students of Hokkaido University.

Ian and Tommy talked about every aspect of Hong Kong – Life, Study, Medical System, Economy, Politics, Tourism and a lot more showing beautiful pictures. Despite that Hong Kong is not a big city, it is impressive to learn they have so much to offer. Tommy and Ian prepared many slides to show and tell. Wish we had more time to share each of them.
Life of University Students in Hong Kong
Hong Kong’s interesting and unique culture makes the city a fascinating destination to many foreign tourists. We also have to remember “Umbrella Movement”, last year’s big democratic movement in Hong Kong caused because of its unique history, governance system and political culture. It was interesting for us to hear Hong Kong students’ view of this movement directly.
Ian and Tommy seems enjoy their time, study and activities here in Sapporo and Hokudai very much. Time flies and they only have one more week to stay in Sapporo.
