Graduate School of Medicine welcomed Dean Kee Ryeon Kang and Associate Dean Seong-Ki Ahn of Gyeongsang National University School of Medicine and College of Medicine, South Korea.
Hokkaido University Graduate School of Medicine and School of Medicine and Gyeongsang National University School of Medicine and College of Medicine signed the collaboration agreement in July 2015, and plan to start the student exchange from the academic year 2016. The purposes of their visit were to exchange information and strengthen ties between two institutions.

Dean Kang and Associate Dean Ahn toured facilities of their interest in the Faculty of Medicine including the Proton Beam Therapy Center.
While their visit was short, it provided an excellent opportunity to discuss how the partnership between two institutions in the countries located so close could be strengthened in the future.
