On September 15 (Thurs), Agreement for International Academic Exchanges along with Notation for Student Exchanges were concluded between Hokkaido University Graduate School of Medicine and School of Medicine and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, Nanyang Technological University (Singapore). We welcomed Dean James Best and Executive Vice Dean Lionel Lee of NTU on a signing ceremony. The conclusion of this school/department-level agreement is anticipated to significantly promote international academic exchanges through mutual cooperation on education and scientific research.

On this day, two schools discussed how the partnership could be strengthened in the future. Also, while their visit, HU introduced its advanced facilities including Proton Beam Therapy Center, Cell Processing Room and Biobank as well as Hokkaido University Hospital.
