On July 4, Dean Mitsuhiro Yoshioka welcomed Dr. Suleiman Al Hammadi, Vice Dean of College of Medicine and Health Science, United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) who paid a visit to Hokkaido University (HU) Graduate School of Medicine and School of Medicine.
They discussed the strengthening of relations between HU and UAEU in regard to education and research.

Dr. Al Hammadi attended the event ‘International Hour’ where UAEU exchange students made presentation to HU students and doctors, and visited several departments where UAEU exchange students are taking clinical or research electives at the moment.

On this day, Dr. Al Hammadi also visited Proton Beam Therapy Center of Hokkaido University Hospital.
