* Students of Graduate School of Medicine can have check-up any day before Friday, April 17th at Institute for the Advancement of Higher Education.

Health certificate may be required for various occasions as job hunting, studying abroad or scholarship application.

The university will issue health certificates based on results of check-up, only for students who have completed one.

Please collect check-up kit from Kyoumu (Student Affairs Office) prior to your checkup.
