Hokkaido University welcomed delegates from Taipei Medical University at the end of August. They visited Sapporo to conclude the inter-university academic exchange agreement. On this joyous occasion, we managed to meet and have a quick chat with some of their staff including Ms. Dawn Chen, Chief of International Education Section, during their hectic schedule.
Concluding inter-university agreement will build even stronger ties between Hokkaido University and Taipei Medical University in the future.
