First Study Abroad Seminar held on Oct 14.

Dr. Yuji Kitaichi and Dr. Daisuke Sato shared their stories from abroad at First Study Abroad Seminar 第1回留学体験セミナー hosted by International Relations Division, Center for Medical Education and International Relations held on October 14, with 40 participants.

Dr. Kitaichi talked about his life in Munich, Germany, and his work at Max Planck institutes, while Dr. Sato talked about his time in Toronto, Canada, including his work at the Hospital for Sick Children. Both doctors shared beautiful pictures and unique episodes.

Their stories included lots of practical information on studying abroad – tips for planning, financing, life style, insurance system, pros and cons, and “expectations vs. realities”.
