I am Bijeta Nepal from Nepal. I joined the department of Medical Education and General Medicine in April 2013 as a student of the master`s program. I am graduating this year (March 2015).
During my master course, I did research on nursing education. In my study I focus on clinical learning environment of Nepalese undergraduate nursing student. The clinical practice is a vital part of the nursing education. In Nepal, nursing student are facing numbers of problems in the clinical setting and my study helps to explore the perception of nursing students about their clinical learning environment. I hope that my study will help to improve the clinical learning experience and will be benefit to future Nepalese nursing students.
I have really enjoyed my time at Hokkaido University. Hokkaido University provided me with an excellent academic atmosphere for my research and study. I feel very fortunate that I was able to study under the guidance of Professors and staff who were extremely friendly and understanding. Hokkaido is a silent, beautiful and calm place which serves a better environment for education. Studying at Hokkaido university provide me an opportunity to experience Japanese life. Kind and helpful people I have met, beautiful places I have visited, unique Japanese culture I have experienced, also delicious Japanese foods I have had made my life in Japan special and amazing. In addition, I also enjoyed the four distinctive seasons of Hokkaido, especially spring cherry blossom. I even enjoy the snowy winter.
